OUR SERVICES

Help you get the highest quality services.

1.     Installation

Installation of the software involves preparing the software for execution, either through remote access or an on-site visit to the institute/library. The software is installed on the institute's in-house server since Koha is a web-based application. Unlike client-based software, there is no need to install the software on individual client computers. Instead, users can access Koha by simply accessing a web link on their respective client systems.

2.     Customization

Customization involves modifying the staff and user interface of the software to align with the specific requirements and preferences of the library. This process includes tailoring the software modules, reports, and OPAC/Web OPAC functionality to meet the client's needs. The customization ensures that the software aligns with the unique specifications and desired outcomes of the library.

3.     Training

Training plays a crucial role in familiarizing library staff with the software modules after installation and customization. We offer comprehensive training to our clients, both online and on-site. The training program covers various modules of Koha, including: Administration, Acquisition, Cataloguing, Patron Management, Circulation, Serial Control, Report Generation, Advance Search etc.

4.     Technical Support

Technical support encompasses assisting clients in resolving operational issues and addressing software bugs. We offer comprehensive support to our clients, both online and on-site. Our dedicated technical team remains in regular contact with clients after delivering our services. We prioritize prompt troubleshooting of any difficulties faced by clients during software operation and diligently work to fix any software bugs that may arise. Our commitment to ongoing support ensures that clients receive continuous assistance and guidance throughout their usage of the software.

5.     Data migration

Data migration involves transferring data from a legacy system to a new system, which includes library holdings and library user information. The data can be in various formats, such as Excel sheets or files extracted from a legacy software. We specialize in efficient and accurate migration of legacy library data to Koha. Our team has the expertise to handle the migration process seamlessly, ensuring that all relevant data is successfully transferred to the Koha system.
